In the News π°
What's made the news in the world of RevOps, Go-To-Market & AI recently?! ππΌ
A couple of big old conferences happened ... #Dreamforce (The Blue Corner) & #INBOUND (The Orange Corner) π₯
The key takeaways from what we've seen & heard?
Agents, Agents everywhere. Salesforce have introduced Agentforce (any thoughts on the naming of that?!)
HubSpot were also all in on AI, with a host of new Gen AI tools aimed at helping customer engagement & sales productivity. For example, automated lead nurturing workflows - which could be a time saver for RevOps teams.
To save space, basically both conferences went big on AI - Salesforce announcing huge spending across infrastructure, AI centres and up-skilling of the workforce. Exciting.
From the community :
Eli Kaufman dropped a brilliant blog on the importance of mastering soft skills to be successful in RevOps, check it out here and give him a follow!
Sarah Caulker, MBA dropped the latest Planet RevOps newsletter with essential questions you should be asking as a RevOps professional. Really clear, and some brilliant questions - give it a read & subscribe here
All things being SQL:
Two more episodes released where we were lucky enough to speak to a couple of the brightest minds in the world of RevOps.
First up, we had Eli Kaufman, Senior Manager of RevOps at Nova Credit where we talk through his background of selling in professional sports to leading RevOps functions.
Eli's excitement about AI in RevOps and the fact that RevOps is as much about alignment as it is about operations - which basically at it's core is breaking down silos between Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. Check it out here
And just yesterday we posted episode 13 with Gintas Dirse , Director of RevOps at Zencargo where we had a great chat around the potentially transformational impact of AI on RevOps and why in his opinion there are too many definitions of what RevOps is. It needs simplified and often what new people in the industry miss is the importance of business context. Check it out here
Infer-nal goings on π
Product:
Did somebody say Agents?
I'm not saying everyone else copied us, but .... they probably did.
Check out our CTO Ryan Garland 's post about what we're up to. We're VERY excited about this next step in the Infer product and how transformational this can be for RevOps teams.
The sheer level of personalisation we're bringing to RevOps by integrating our machine learning & agents is going to be huge. Every GTM function will have a team of data scientists working tirelessly to improve their revenue operations! Instead of a black box lead scoring model, you'll have one that is using conversational data, takes into account your revenue model, & learns from historical product usage - all on our easy to use (and beautifully designed) platform. Keep your eyes peeled for more on this VERY soon.
That'll do for this instalment, I hope you've had fun.
Remember to subscribe to the newsletter & follow Infer on LinkedIn to keep up to date with everything that's going on! Keep your eyes peeled for even more big announcements.
